How to Use CBSE Tentative Date Sheet Effectively
The CBSE tentative date sheet gives students an early idea of the board exam schedule. Knowing the dates in advance allows students to plan their studies, set realistic goals, and revise systematically. By using the tentative date sheet wisely, students can organise their time better, focus on weak areas, and reduce exam stress. It’s an excellent tool to create a clear and effective preparation strategy before the final exams.
- Mark the exam dates in a calendar and build a revision schedule backwards from those dates.
- Prioritise subjects with earlier exam dates for early revision.
- Use buffer days for mock tests and solving past papers.
- For Class 10 students, plan separately for both phases (main & improvement) if you intend to retake.
- Keep an eye on official updates — changes may be announced and you’ll need to adjust your plan.
